On 13 Jan, over 200 children from Peiqi Kindergarten in Kunming City paid a study visit to Shilin UNESCO Global Geopark.

Both staff and children were very excited; they set off from school on the school buses and arrived at Shilin UGGp in the morning. They visited the Major Stone Forest Scenic Area and the Minor Stone Forest Scenic Area. The tour guides told the children the long story of how Shilin Geopark formed, which helped them explore new things in the nature. The children knew something about the Shilin Geopark after the tour.

The children had a fun pack day full of immense joy, creating special memories of their growth.

Every child drew a picture which they were all able to take home and share with their family members.
