The 600 participants, including 499 contestants from 89 countries and 108 foreign preliminary contest places, and other 151chaperoning teachers, visited Shilin UNESCO Global Geopark to learn more about geoscience and the unique culture of Sani people on Oct 25, 2016.
Chinese Bridge Chinese Proficiency Competition Series include Chinese Bridge Chinese Proficiency Competition for Foreign College and Secondary School Students. Since its launch in 2002, this annual event has been held 7 times and attracted hundreds of thousands of contestants and observers from more than 90 countries of the world. This competition is now a prestigious platform of Chinese language and influential activities.
The 9th “Chinese Bridge” –Chinese Proficiency Competition for Foreign Secondary School Students was held in Yunnan Province from Oct 18-29, with the theme of “Learn Chinese, Double the World” and aim of “Promoting Chinese Culture, Displaying the Charm of Chinese, and Spreading Peace and Friendship ”.
